How can I send flowers to Athens, Greece?

Order online at FlowersAthens.gr and we deliver anywhere in Athens the same day or next day. We accept all major credit cards.

Do you offer same day flower delivery in Athens?

Yes! We offer same day flower delivery across Athens for orders placed before 12:00 PM (EEST), including Kifissia, Marousi, Glyfada, Voula, Chalandri, Psychiko and more.

What is your order cutoff time?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed for same day delivery, subject to availability. Orders received after 12:00 PM are scheduled for the next available delivery date. For special or urgent requests, please contact us directly.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary depending on the area. The exact delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer competitive rates across all of Athens and Attica.

Do you deliver at a specific time?

We deliver within a time window rather than an exact time. If you need delivery at a specific time (e.g. for a surprise or event), please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Our courier will attempt to contact the recipient by phone. If no one is available, we will coordinate with you to arrange a re-delivery or leave the arrangement in a safe location as agreed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payment processing is handled by certified, PCI-compliant payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Are your flowers fresh?

Yes — all our flowers are fresh cut, sourced daily from trusted Greek and European growers. We never use artificial or dried flowers unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Can I request specific colours?

Yes! You can add a note at checkout with your colour preferences. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to seasonal availability. If a specific colour is unavailable, we will contact you before proceeding.

What if a flower is not available?

If a specific flower or colour is out of season or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to suggest an equally beautiful alternative. We never substitute without your approval.

Are your product photos accurate?

All product photos are taken by a professional photographer with professional studio lighting to best represent the true colours and details of each arrangement. Please note that some products — especially those in shades of blue and purple — may contain artificially dyed flowers. This is always mentioned in the individual product description.

Can I order from abroad and send flowers to Athens?

Yes! We receive international flower orders from customers worldwide — UK, USA, Germany, Australia and beyond. Simply order online, enter the Athens delivery address, and we take care of the rest.

What currency do I pay in?

All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (€). If you are paying from abroad, your bank or card provider will handle the currency conversion automatically.

Can I send flowers to a maternity hospital in Athens?

Absolutely. We deliver to all major maternity hospitals: Iaso, Mitera, Rea, Elena, Gaia and Alexandra. Order by 12:00 PM for same day hospital delivery.

Do you deliver directly to the patient’s room?

We deliver to the hospital reception or nursing station, as most hospitals do not allow direct room access for couriers. Hospital staff will then bring the arrangement to the patient. We recommend including the patient’s full name and ward/room number in your order notes.

Do I need the patient’s name?

Yes — please include the full name of the patient and the hospital name in your order. This ensures smooth delivery to the correct person.

For same day delivery, order before 12:00 PM Athens time. For weddings, baptisms or large events, we recommend 3–5 days in advance.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week including weekends and Greek public holidays. Same day delivery available every day before 12:00 PM.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes, add a personalized message at checkout — printed on a card and included at no extra charge.

Ποια είναι η ώρα αποκοπής παραγγελιών;

Παραγγελίες που καταχωρούνται έως τις 12:00 εξυπηρετούνται την ίδια ημέρα, εφόσον υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα. Παραγγελίες μετά τις 12:00 προγραμματίζονται για την επόμενη διαθέσιμη ημέρα παράδοσης.

Τι γίνεται αν δεν βρεθεί ο παραλήπτης;

Ο κομιστής θα επικοινωνήσει τηλεφωνικά με τον παραλήπτη. Αν δεν είναι διαθέσιμος, θα συνεννοηθούμε μαζί σας για νέα παράδοση.

Πόσο κοστίζει η παράδοση;

Τα έξοδα παράδοσης υπολογίζονται ανάλογα με την περιοχή παράδοσης και εμφανίζονται κατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας.

Ποιούς τρόπους πληρωμής δέχεστε;

Τα λουλούδια είναι φρέσκα;

Ναι — όλα τα λουλούδια μας είναι φρεσκοκομμένα, από επιλεγμένους ελληνικούς και ευρωπαϊκούς παραγωγούς. Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε τεχνητά ή αποξηραμένα λουλούδια εκτός αν αναφέρεται ρητά στην περιγραφή του προϊόντος.

Μπορώ να ζητήσω συγκεκριμένα χρώματα;

Ναι! Προσθέστε μια σημείωση στην παραγγελία με τις προτιμήσεις σας. Θα κάνουμε ό,τι μπορούμε βάσει διαθεσιμότητας. Αν το ζητούμενο χρώμα δεν είναι διαθέσιμο, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας πριν προχωρήσουμε.

Παραδίδετε στο δωμάτιο του μαιευτηρίου;

Παραδίδουμε στην υποδοχή ή στο νοσηλευτικό τμήμα, καθώς τα περισσότερα μαιευτήρια δεν επιτρέπουν απευθείας πρόσβαση κομιστών. Σας συνιστούμε να συμπεριλάβετε το πλήρες όνομα της ασθενούς και το όνομα του μαιευτηρίου στις σημειώσεις της παραγγελίας.
